figured i’d give you lot a bit of a peek into my new flat and whatnot…

Going to the get the car now and then hopefully if all goes to plan, Simon and I are going to move all my stuff out of my flat… feels weird yet exciting!

tomorrows the big day… all my stuff is packed (for the most part ) and simon’s coming with me to pick up the rental car tomorrow morning at 830. worked out that it was easiest that way, and cheapest! a moving company wanted to charge students 60 pounds an hour.. really?!

anyways im saying goodbye to Marylebone and hello to Camden!

just paid rent, and just had to think to myself how lucky i am. lucky i’ve got such supportive parents. lucky i’ve got the privilege to live and study in london. lucky to have lived the last 10 months in marylebone.

i love my flat. i wish it was different in some aspects, but looking at moving makes me appreciate how great it’s been to live here. lucky to have been where i have been. lucky to be coming home to this.

i don’t want to leave marylebone, i don’t want to downgrade. i’m being a spoiled brat i know, but you can’t blame me. if you were in my situation you’d understand as well.

it’s been a luxury living here, and i’m so lucky that my parents have been willing to put up for the rent.

so thank you mamma and pappa, words can’t describe how happy it’s made me. how much of a convenience and luxury it’s been! to grateful i have you two.

why why why do i always drink and get hungover? same story every time, yet i never learn.

good night last night though, chilled at ito’s apartment with hanna and theo. we played apples to apples.. sounds like a party eh? haha.

yeeeep. i feel like i live in it. it’s FREEZING in my flat. bur bur bur burrrrrrRRRRbRRRR!

went to the estate agents yesterday and got the keys to my new place.

need to go back today and do some cleaning and tell them to move some of the furniture out. don’t need three tables exactly..

so cleaning, packing, moving, happiness.

words cannot explain how grateful i am for my parents. thanks to them i’ve got a lovely studio off of marylebone rd.

its got it’s own bathroom, kitchen, and a little patio even! and in 7 days i get to move in. im sure there will be a lot of cleaning and fixing up but isn’t that the best thing about having your own place? doing things your way.

then in a month i start university at regent’s and it’s gunna be good. i’ll make it good.

GOOD-BYE STATION COURT, I WONT MISS YA!

i had a massive blonde moment this morning. i went down to check on the laundry and as soon as i had closed the door i knew it.

i’d locked myself out. no phone, no wallet. nothing. just the keys to the laundry room.

thank god leif lives close by, AND has a spare set of keys. i had to wake him up from his sleep to get the spare keys.

but now all is in order and i’m back in emmelies apartment. just need to get the keys back to leif later on!

every day i realize how lucky i am. lucky to have such an amazing family. an amazing sister.

today after dinner i came back to town in order to stay at my sister’s. she’s been an angel (no surprise there) and let me and simon borrow her apartment for the week!

just packed her things and left, trusting me with everything. as soon as she left i felt lonely, ha!

to be fair, i’m old enough now to take care of things on my own, and be on my own. it’s quite nice, but it feels weird.

i feel like i kicked my sister out! thank you emmelie for being the best, and of course robert for having emmelie this week
