the last night before we left Corfu, we had out favourite table booked for dinner. i of course had a greek salad and we all enjoyed the wine and the view for the last night there.

we had to leave the villa on the last day in the morning, so we spent the day soaking up the last bits of the sun and enjoying big cold beers

one thing i DO NOT miss from Greece are all the damn wasps! they attacked whenever you had a drink, or food, or even just existed near them. the incense helped to keep them away for a bit, but when it burnt out they came back immediately!

a truly relaxing trip with some great weather, it’s a shame my tan is already starting to disappear!

Emmelie’s colleague recommended two Mexican restaurants in London, and i’ve tried one of them! Wahaca serves ‘street food’ but it totally doesn’t feel like it at all.

Lovely pico de gallo for a starter, and nothing like a corona to calm the thirst after a long day moving eh?

Wahaca’s Mojitos were delicious as well, the tacos i had were pretty good. i put so much hot sauce on my quesadilla it was intense.. just the way i like it.

yesterday was a beautiful day, and after heat comes thirst so after Simon and I met up with Will and one of his friends we stopped at the lock tavern for a quick drink.

the had a very nice rooftop in the sun where i finished off my Modelo dreaming away to Mexico again.

told you i’d blog about when simon and i went to dinner like a week ago. went to a place close to camden town tube called bento japan. i’ve been there once before with my sister and they’ve got really good food. i drank plum wine and simon decided for a beer.

simon and i thought we were getting a great deal when we got all this food for 22 pounds..

after all the damage we did, we were rather pleased. the food was delicious.

however when we saw the bill simon wasn’t as pleased anymore, turns out it was 22 pounds a person. oops. at least the food was worth it..

when we arrived at the train station in paris, jules and his mother were there to meet us!

of course the boys were ready to get on it, so a litre beer for them, and a small glass of wine for me. just had to take pictures though, the glasses were MASSIVE!

going for a quick drink with daddy and pinky (our upstairs neighbor) after all its little saturday no? im wearing my nine west heels, with my frankie b jeans i just picked up at the alterations place with a regular tank! nothing fancy.

it was a fun night. pretty KEWL. met some new people, hung out. chilled. walked home in the wee hours, craved macdonalds hahah. yeah not much to say about it really. said goodbye to everyone and then that was that!

ahh see! dad sitting on the park bench and enjoying the sun. we went back to stephens green, not on purpose just ended up there. we got some left over bread and went down to feed elliott, but he was nowhere in sight. so we walked and ended up there. stopped at a store bought two muffins and a diet coke for me and a coffee for papi. it was so nice to just sit in the sun. the wind was nowhere to be found so it was warm. almost too warm for my uggs. i was going to feed the swans and ducks there, but by the looks of all the people and bread around they werent hungry so i ended up sitting next to an old lady feeding the pigeons. yep. thats me. 

then after soaking up all the sun we could get we went on a further walk. ended up seeing the first pub i ever went to in Dublin go up in flames. heres a picture of the firefighters trying to put the fire out. crazy smoke and water flowing on the street outside.

we then continued our ‘little’ walk that turned into a 5 hour walk. we ended up at irelands oldest pub! dad had a guinness like usual. from the pictures i put up it looks like hes an alcoholic. i swear he doesnt drink that much he works too! he works ten times more than he drinks, i just dont find those pictures interesting. 

after all of that we then went to have dinner at diwali or something like that.. indian food. i like! no i love! i had masala with chick peas. yummy yummy. then we walked home too. by the time we got home i was HOT from the speed walking and the sun and just my luck.. the elevator was broken. so up we go 6 flights of stairs. makes me wonder if all i do at the gym does nothing for me? times like those im happy we dont live in the penthouse! anyways i think i got my fair share of exercise today even if i didnt go to the gym this morning!
