Simon and I were by Oxford Street yesterday in order to look for some last minute things for Corfu (forgot to buy sunscreen.. damn it) .
ended up by Carnaby Street so we decided to have a late lunch at Cha Cha Moons.

Recommended if you’re on a tight budget. We got one of their summer specials, a main course and a side dish for 10 pounds.

I had the singapore fried noodles with chicken dumplings, and simon had some other noodles with spring rolls.

Left satisfied and happy!

went to dinner with a girl named Nelly who is starting work at Burberry on Monday with me. was faithful to my singapore fried noodles of course. only had tap water so my meal was well cheap.

towards the end of the meal i noticed this cutie pie sat behind us. i almost died, partially because i was gonna steal the dog. i want one so bad, he was the cutest little boy in the world.

walking to selfridges to find a planner, they seem to be sold out EVERYWHERE.. maybe i’ll have better luck now that it’s february?

then going to get some more school supplies, need notebooks apparently. wish me luck and let’s hope it’s not too cold.

thursday night when emmelie arrived we went to carnaby street for a few drinks in the pub with my father, then to leicster square for a pint as well. a pretty early night, then dad left for sweden in the morning.

friday we went shopping, figured it was better to get oxford street out the way before the weekend madness. primark, topshop, river island, you name it we were there. i ended up with a pair of shorts (christmas present from emps) and a tshirt.

emmelie on the other hand ended up with a little less. then we lunched at cha cha moon off of carnaby street and once again ended up in a pub.

then we walked back to marylebone, bought wine, crackers, and cheese. didn’t really have a proper dinner but that didn’t stop us from drinking and going out! we decided on pacha, which i’ve never been to, and it was a good night. short lived but still good.

then in the morning we walked through my school, regent’s park, and then to camden. had the best bento box lunch i’ve ever had. don’t think emmelie enjoyed hers as much.

we wandered through the market for hours before deciding to get the bus home.

met up with simon in covent garden in the evening and ate at a mexican restaurant, and the torillas were very nice. tacos had a bit too much chicken in them but it was edible. simon said mexican food looked like ‘sick’, which to be fair is rather true. then another pub and more wine. simon was tired to he left us, so emmelie and i decided to stay for one more drink then we headed home. early nice since we were so tired.

yesterday we were both pretty slow, mentally and psychically. wandered down to selfridges had a look around, had a lovely soup lunch at a french bakery. then we wandered around for a bit before going to winter wonderland.

i haven’t laughed as hard as i did when we came out of the ‘haunted house’. was really enjoyable. then we head for dinner, yet again off of carnaby street. a korean restaurant where the food is cooked on a grill on the table.. so not impressed and will probably not be going back.

met up with hanna outside of topshop after buying some items for my halloween costume (don’t reckon it’ll be that amazing this year but i just can’t afford anything special so i’m using an old outfit :/ )

we walked around and found joe & the juice off of carnaby street and well.. good coffee juice and sandwiches but a bit overpriced.

enjoyed a good catch up with hanna, will be seeing her again at the halloween party on saturday!

after dad arrived. went home to let him drop off his suitcase and whatnot. i got loooots and lots of candy, plus some nice photo frames with pictures of my mom, sister, and me

then we went for a walk. walked from mine to marylebone high street, then to oxford street, then to new bond street, to carnaby steet, then regent’s street, then piccadilly circus, then trafalgar square, then the duke of york statue, then buckingham palace, st james park, green park, mayfair, oxford street, selfridges, then back to mine!!

yeah my feet hurt.

got back, chilled. then simon came around and we went to dinner!

going in to oxford street to get a pair of black flats with simon since i need a pair for my interview tomorrow and i figured i could find some cheap ones and they’ll probably come to use later on anyways! then we’re meeting jules at the park again, i got burnt yesterday pictures up later!

hanna’s been here for what two days? and in that amount of time my bank account has managed to shrink amazing amounts. dinner out. lunch out. tube. just the small things add up! good thing we managed to get free glasses of wine yesterday and we’re getting free drinks tonight. sweet.

wednesday night when hanna arrived we went out right away. Oxygen in leicester square. it was alright, except for the fact that is smelt like sweat, through and through! yesterday we went to Hyde park, had lunch in the sun. such beautiful weather the last couple of days. then we went to Carnaby street, hanna did some shopping. met up with Simon and one of the guys from uni, terry. then we ended up with free drinks at a pub that’s just opened called pearl? had some good white wine with hummos and pita bread then after a while we decided to go to Vapiano again. loved it. after that we headed over to jules so that hanna could meet him and daphne. after a while we were all so tired that we just decided to go home.

today we just went for a quick trip to wood green, shithole. however there’s a primark there and it’s busy but not like the one of oxford street. so hanna got a bunch of stuff and i ended up with a cheap dress! put pictures up later cause my camera is dead.
