I wore pants from River Island on saturday night, with my new sequinned blazer and Jeffrey Campbell shoes. Ziggy wore his elf costume, and there were loads of good snacks laying around. One of the girls even brought home-made chocolate dipped strawberries, YUM!

got the recipe from all recipes there’s a simple way, and the not so simple way. if you’re in american.. make them the simple way, it’s so easy!

i used pre-made cookie dough, which i let freeze for a couple of hours, but you can make your own as well. i also used chocolate cake mix, instead of regular yellow cake.. dad likes chocolate!

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 1 1/3 cups water
• 1/3 cup canola oil
• 3 eggs

Directions:

1. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sea salt; set aside. Beat the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Add 1 egg and the vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips; mixing just enough to evenly combine. Form the dough into tablespoon-sized balls; place onto a baking sheet, and freeze until solid, about 2 hours. (can skip this entire step if using pre-made cookie dough, except freezing)
2. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.
3. Beat 3 eggs in a large bowl with an electric mixer to break up. Add the cake mix, water, and canola oil; continue beating for 2 minutes on medium speed. Spoon into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each 2/3 full. Place a frozen cookie dough ball on the top center of each cupcake.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the cake portion of the cupcake (not the cookie dough ball) comes clean, about 20 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

either way there was a post about this shirt, which says ‘a real girl eats a 200 gram chocolate bar when she feels like it’.

i’m just frustrated with the amount of idiots there are in the world. she clearly only wants to make money off of the shirt and doesn’t give a fuck about eating disorders or has even bothered to try to understand.

if you have an eating disorder, it doesn’t make you less of a ‘real’ girl, or boy for that matter. we’re people too. we struggle and have issues, but we’re people. we’re real. probably more real than that snotty idiot will ever be.

another thing is when you’ve had or have an eating disorder.. do you really think you can just eat a whole chocolate bar? no. i mean sure i could’ve but it would’ve came right back up when i went to the bathroom.

it’s just so annoying seeing people say they understand when they clearly don’t. i don’t speak about politics because i’m not knowledgeable in that subject, so please don’t write about eating disorders when you clearly have no idea what a hell it is to live with.

so i made a cake and dad just cant wait to get his hands on it so i guess its time for me to lay down on the couch and watch another movie. im enjoying doing nothing for as long as i can! school starts soon.. eeks! although i cant wait, london here i come!!

yesterday when i found out i got a scholarship, (was that really yesterday?), me and dad decided to buy some chocolates to celebrate! we were good too! we only ate half of them yesterday and finished up the rest tonight. they were yummy thats for sure! take a look at the luxury..
