Bento Japan

May 30th, 2011 No comments

told you i’d blog about when simon and i went to dinner like a week ago. went to a place close to camden town tube called bento japan. i’ve been there once before with my sister and they’ve got really good food. i drank plum wine and simon decided for a beer.

simon and i thought we were getting a great deal when we got all this food for 22 pounds..

after all the damage we did, we were rather pleased. the food was delicious.

however when we saw the bill simon wasn’t as pleased anymore, turns out it was 22 pounds a person. oops. at least the food was worth it..

Northpark Center

so yesterday me and jonas went up sort of early for a shopping day down at Northpark center. first we had lunch with stine and erik, such cuties. the funniest thing though was the server asked if we wanted to pay in couples, ha as if stine and erik were together.. maybe in her dreams ;) no but seriously i had some yummy sushi and edamame (speaking of edamame i think im about to make some) anyways after that we went shopping! oddly enough jonas bought more than me but i got a pair of khakis from Abercrombie, sooo comfortable and perfect for london! then i got some things from American Apparel, duh! we stopped by the allen outlets on the way home for some last minute things so i got two new eye shadows, super cheap too! then after all that madness we stopped by stonebriar and picked up some shoes for me that were on hold.

Swans and Edamame

yep. thats what my ‘walk’ turned into. me and dad went into the city centre for a ‘snack’ we passed a japanese restaurant and i havent eaten edamame in SEVEN months. so dad drank a beer, and we both got our own bowl of edamame. yummy in my tummy.

then we decided to go to the st. stevens green park. always walked by it but never in it so why not? turns out its actually very pretty. swans and many many flowers. its so weird that such a calm place exists in the middle of a bustling city!
