Met Simon’s mum outside Emma Bridgewater on Marylebone High Street yesterday morning. She bought a pasta dish and a soup mug for Simon and two new cups for her collection, i somehow ended up with one as well. She spoils everyone!

it’s a really nice mug to drink tea and whatnot out of. plus it’s a bit better than my cracked mugs i’ve been using

went to dinner around 7ish last night. really enjoyed our meal. good food, champagne, and good company of course!
they even had a gerbera on the table, it’s like they new it was my favorite
haha. happy birthday to me!
shared a lovely starter, lobster&prawn cocktail with dill, toast, and tomatoes. almost like a wannabe toast skagen, hehe. then we both had fish for our main course. i had cod and simon ate seatrout. oh and simon’s had two snails on it, and i ate one. yup, i ate a snail. then after all of that we were way to stuffed to get a dessert.
the dinner was lovely, but i think we left at the right time. a massive group came in and sat next to us so the noise level was ridiculous and then it took AGES to get served. then we went on to a pub

after i finally gathered my energy to stand up, pappa drove me to my sister’s to drop off my things. then we went to lunch downtown with emmelie! had a lovely lunch in the sun
then of course some ice cream afterwards, hehe.
after that my pappa drove me to my grandma’s. brought her a flower, and some magazines from emmelie. had tea and some cinnamon buns, as always! enjoyed seeing her again, plus she’s doing really well after her operation
now i’m waiting for emmelie to get back so we can make dinner and get out to the concert!

bought some tulips yesterday when we were at the grocery store. 5 pounds and the whole kitchen just looks lovelier
does remind me of Sweden and Emmelie a lot. i think it’s because we always bought them when we lived together last year. and sometimes after work i’d buy some and bring them home just because they were purple or pretty. loser i know, but flowers do make a big difference. plus they make me a bit happier in the morning, rather than just a plain dirty kitchen.

(me before going out) so yesterday we went out to eat dinner with pinky. we ended up at a restaurant called Alfie’s. They had sunflowers on all the tables, and a random guy from the street walked up to us and said ‘excuse me’ as if he was going to sit down, instead he stole the flower and ran off. weird much? if im not mistaken i think emmelie likes sunflowers?

the lady tried to serve me red wine, HA! i ate a caesar salad and dad had some salmon skewers with some out of this world potatoes. no dessert, werent we good mom?

we then saw this party bus, aka a fire truck, turned into a limo for people to party in. ha the girls were well on their way. then we decided, even though it was early, we would try our luck at howl at the moon. well we got in no problem, that was probably because there was NO ONE in there besides us and the workers. there was a buddha there! so dad wanted to take a picture.

yep. so after an hour of only a couple of people showing up we moved on. we went to cafe en seine of course, our favorite place to dance. as soon as we got there dad (of all people!) dragged us up on the dance floor. and yep, thats where we stayed until the wee hours of the morning when they turned the music off. and god did my feet hate me when we got home. i already had 4 blisters from earlier in the day and well today, they still hate me
but well worth it!
