well they tried. give them that at least. netherlands vs. uruguay! the last couple of minutes were the most exciting for me, don’t really care for either team though. however, uruguay didn’t give up! but over and done, i’m guessing netherlands and germany in the finals.. yawn.

Sitting with my dad and watching England Vs. Algeria.

I’m quite surprised to be honest, algeria is really standing their ground.

I secretly want England to stay in the game though so i can keep getting those glances of Beckham yummy!

Since i was hanging a bit from Wednesday night, i took it easy on Thursday.

Got my haircut, which i love. Feels like summertime, clean and fresh!

Then i was meant to see Isabella, but once i sat down on Emmelie’s couch… there was no moving me!

After a couple of hours i mustered up the energy to get going again, went downtown to meet up with Emmelie and Robert.

We began by checking out the sale in Pub, and then moved on to TGIFriday’s with Pigge and Fredrick!

After dinner, which i wouldn’t recommend, we watched the France VS. Mexico game. Viva La Mexico!

Moved on to an Irish pub during half-time so we could get better seats.

After that my pappa picked me up outside Emmelie’s and i went back to my grandma’s to sleep. And boy did i sleep

so kick off for the portugal against ivory coast game starts in like five minutes. will you be watching? if so which side are you on?

apparently drogba isn’t starting, but he’s allowed to play, which is good. and of course there’s the beloved cristiano ronaldo.

a piece of candy if you ask me, but i sometimes wonder how self interested the guy is?

daddy just updated his facebook ‘Always a good feeling beating Canada in hockey World Championship 3-1′ and i just realized that i don’t watch hockey at all anymore. part due to the fact that the internet here is absolutely horribly slow, also because i just have nobody to watch it with i miss going to the games. staying up late to watch them. cheering on my team, weather it be the stars, or sweden. either way i really miss it all. went to a game over christmas and the familiarity is just amazing. the game. the atmosphere. all of it. my favorite sport by far.

yesterday we went to a pub in victoria to watch the premier league final games, chelsea won. from there we walked to the london eye. passed big ben on the way and even though simon thought i was SOOO embarrassing i took load of pictures worth it!

thought we were going to get to see everything at nighttime but apparently the sun was just starting to set, so at least we saw something! we got there around 640, so we decided to do what we do best.. drink. went to the bar and my lovely boyfriend bought me some champagne. i swear it’s the bubbles that make me so happy and bubbly!

either way we finished and then got on our ‘flight’ as they call it. really pretty. such an experience. however the pictures you get aren’t the best..

so all in all, i’d recommend it. can honestly say that i must have enjoyed it more now that i’m older. but i’d love to find those pictures of me and hanna sat in a capsule when we were like 14? how embarrassing it would be!

it seems i can’t get enough of it.. or rather can’t get away. i’m not complaining though, i quite enjoy watching simon play. he’s good at it when he tries and today it’s just a fun game for him so it shouldn’t be too bad. good thing i’ve brought a big jacket with me though isn’t it? let’s hope the cold doesn’t get the best of me and that it’s worth going to watch. either way i’ve got helen, simon’s mom to keep me company. i will survive

wasn’t the same at all. quite happy the saints won cause i was rooting for them however watching it late at night wasn’t ideal. food wasn’t the same and neither was the crowd. missed dallas a lot last night. wanted to be anywhere in the states. wanted to watch the game with people who loved the game. who would get enthusiastic, mad, and happy. all in all though good game. ecstatic new orleans won. looks like mardi gras is starting early this year!

so when i landed yesterday my mamma informed me that we were going straight to a hockey game. i was super excited while waiting for my dads plane to land. stars played well, extremely well. yet they just couldnt get the goals in and lost oh wells! it was a good game and it kept me awake so im not complaining! plus we had some amazing seats. ive decided im marrying joel eriksson. im in love.

last night was good. it was just me and the guys. lost to daniel at air hockey twice but it was fun. love love love air hockey haha. it was a good thing simon came and wanted to leave pretty early otherwise i would’ve ended up going home alone or waiting until everyone else wanted to leave. going to make a little collage for my room today, and then attempt to make jello shots for the flat party tomorrow! wondering if anyone wants to help me.. most likely that’s a big fat NO! haha.
