Walk it off

my feet hurt. after walking from south kensington to knightsbridge and around harrods to green park and buckingham palace, to then continue on to trafalgar square, piccadilly and leicester square.. then finally get the tube home.

it’s one of those instances where as soon as you sit down, you don’t wanna move again for anything.

so if i get around to it i’ll put some pictures up today or tomorrow..

American Express

July 27th, 2010 No comments

noticed a lot of people were reading about the black american express card on here so i figured i’d let you guys know about another american express card. the Harrod’s Express card.

benefits? tons. “When Oscar Wilde opened his account at Harrods in the 1880′s, he was among the emporium’s first customers. For such people, the true appeal of the account rested entirely with its exclusivity.

Today, this has resurfaced in the form of the Harrods American Express Card: an exclusive invitation to enjoy some of Harrods’ luxury benefits, that are not available to just anyone.

Once you’ve gained approval for the Harrods American Express Card, expect a generous welcome gift of 1,000 Harrods Reward points. Normally, you’d need to spend over £200 at Harrods (or £1,000 anywhere else) to earn that amount.

As you’ve probably already calculated, it adds up to an earn rate up to 5 Harrods Rewards points for every £1 you spend in Harrods, and 1 point per £1 you spend anywhere else.

While you’re in Harrods, don’t forget, all American Express Cardmembers are entitled to a complimentary blow-dry at Urban Retreat for ladies and a complimentary luxurios wet-shave at The Refinery for gentlemen.”

“The Harrods American Express Card is issued by invitation only. Upon approval, you can also extend the benefits to your family and friends too with supplementary Harrods American Express Cards – the first six of which are complimentary – so you can earn and enjoy together.”

so.. how do you get one? shop a lot at harrods? make a lot of money? something along those lines, all i know is i’d rather have a black amex!
