i came across this girl, Alena Shishkova, on tumblr, and she’s most definitely different. i think she’s gorgeous, i don’t think i’ve ever seen someone whose looks i’ve found so intriguing before.

I love Clinique products, i always have. They’re the best at face products for me, and their mascara is to die for. I use the face-wash and lotion twice daily, and the mascara almost daily.. addicted much?

Bought a new eyeliner since mine ran out on halloween. Bought one from Chanel, it’s the best waterproof one i could find and it keeps up all day as well. Bought the Cassis colour as it’s not as harsh to my skin tone as a black one would be!

makeup is always needed, every single day. so when my latest eyeliner ran out when i was getting ready on halloween, i wasn’t a happy bunny (no pun intended).

this christmas Chanel stylo yuex waterproof is on my list. highly recommended if you don’t want it to smudge.

most days i don’t tend to wear a lot of makeup. not sure why but i’m guessing either i’m too lazy or i just don’t care.

normally it’s just mascara and some lip gloss which will come off before i exit the door, and then wont be reapplied.. ha!

it wasn’t the distance this time that was hard, just the fact that i was leaving. normally the one that stays behind has a harder time saying goodbye, but i really struggled yesterday.

got to the airport, got some tax free goods. just a mascara and a new perfume. necessities really then as soon as i got on the plane the captain said we’d have to wait an hour and a half! in the freaking heat. noooo thank you. luckily enough they got it down to 20 minutes.

an hour into the flight i’d finished my book and was quite restless. ended up watching ‘i love you, philip morris’ terrible movie.

landed. went through the usual. passport control. baggage claim. top up oyster card. sit on tube for an hour and a half..

felt so alone. but then i got in and realized that mostly everyone’s back. so i chilled with alex and irish for a bit

did my eyes up pretty dark for tonight. going to a really nice club called 24 that joe promotes for simon’s birthday. wearing my black dress from XXI i might put pictures up later of my outfit since im not dressed yet! are the eyes too dark or do they work?

haha so yesterday was midsummer, pretty much the equivilent of the american thanksgiving i guess. except that swedes get really drunk. we tried to pretty much do it the traditional way so we made a yummy dinner. potatoes, salmon, and a salad. no pickled herring thank god. then some strawberries and ice cream for dessert

anyways then we went to cafe en seine for a while until i got really hungry again. then we went home and danced around red poles instead of a midsummer pole? yeah.. it worked. anyways that was about it.

i made a super deal on a dress from river island that used to cost like 40 euro, but i got it for 13 yeeeuh, its gunna be my favorite this summer. so get ready to see it a lot in pictures. also i realized i had the PERFECT eye shadow to match. good stuff eh?
