After my two presentations yesterday i decided i needed a treat, in hindsight.. not a good idea. my bank account is screaming at me, specially since i haven’t got rent money for January. kill me now?

Any ways back to the point, went to the Littleton Arms in Mornington Crescent. I had two fish cakes and it was lush. I hate eating at home at the moment, just feels sad and pathetic and makes me feel sick, weird but eating out doesn’t have the same effect.. anyone else ever had this problem?

on wednesday night the girls and i went for a quiet one at the finsbury, a pub in.. you guessed it finsbury park! turns out it was comedy night, so we all giggled and enjoyed the jokes.

last week.. i think? courtney and i went out for a few drinks here in camden. started at wetherspoons and then went to lock 17.

finally rounded off the night in the spread eagle and i walked home. gotta love being so close to home sometimes!

Drank a couple of  ginger ale’s with ginger/apple vodka before heading out on Saturday last weekend. Was sat people watching out my window for a while as well.

we attempted to do a pub crawl, and i think we got around to at least 4-5.. but to be honest none of us can really remember all that much

i didn’t spend too much money seeing as Matt kept offering to buy me drinks. a cosmopolitan? don’t mind if i do!

an Australian guy was trying to chat me up for a while as well, and to be honest it was loud and he had an accent so whenever he said something i nodded my head and said yeah.. then he finally asked me if i actually understood anything he was saying. said no and walked away. nice girl i am ey?

yesterday was a beautiful day, and after heat comes thirst so after Simon and I met up with Will and one of his friends we stopped at the lock tavern for a quick drink.

the had a very nice rooftop in the sun where i finished off my Modelo dreaming away to Mexico again.

as mentioned earlier i went with simon to a pub in putney called the ship on sunday night. thank god it wasn’t raining for once, and we were able to enjoy a tiny bit of sunshine before it got too cold and we had to move inside.

the outside area was quite nice and over looking the thames river! was good to see the hockey boys again, all such ‘nice lads’.. ehem.

should maybe not mention the disgraceful things we did to our mc’donalds on the way home. hello unneeded calories!

the jerome family is in london this weekend as well. so wednesday evening i went to Green Park to meet them at the pub. had a couple of drinks and they decided they fancied thai food.. guess where i took them? monkey & me of course!

simon came an met us as well. had panang, green curry and a red. a cashew nut stir fry and pad thai, don’t forget the tempura starters!

i love that resturant and the three bottles of wine surely didn’t slow us down. so after we went to the temperance pub around the corner from my flat.

finished off the night with a short walk home.. literally around the corner.

went to lock 17 in camden last thursday for st. patricks day. can easily say after pre-drinking at the boys house started around 5 we were all a bit tipsy.

met up with the girls and some people from my course, along with the frenchies! was a good night, although going to bed before 5 am would’ve been a good choice

went to a pub in vauxhall on sunday night to have drinks for dan’s birthday! the poor guy had to drink so many nasty concoctions, he was well drunk after a while. not to mention he bought us all tequila shots.. one tequila two tequila three tequila…floor?

went to a pub in angel with courtney, irish, alex, and grace last night. was gonna get the last tube home but… nope. ended up wandering about london looking for buses and it only took my two hours to get home.

kind of a sour ending to a good night! was nice just being out and about in new places with new faces.
