went for a 45 min run around regent’s park with simon today! it was kind of hard keeping up but feels good once it’s done.

home now and working on finishing up my human resource management assignment. been snacking on strawberries… delicious!

simon’s just kicked off at me for playing music too loud and whatnot, mooody boy. think he’s heading home in a bit and we’ll see what i get up to tonight.

girls night at cuckoo club apparently, i just can’t be asked getting dressed up and wearing heels, not feeling it today.

my favourite snack bar! it’s not too dry, not too sweet and seems rather healthy. plus it does it’s job in giving me energy. there’s a couple of different flavours but this ones my favourite.. currently eating one now

ran for an hour! found it really hard at first to find the motivation to keep going but then scrubs was on and i just distracted myself. plus swedish house mafia blaring in my ears probably helped a bit

i’ve had a constant headache for a while now, not too happy about it. so i’m going to re-hydrate as much as possible and get a snack before dinner. just such a nuisance!

yesterday i spent the afternoon and night at simon’s.

the boys have just bought a tv (quite big), an xbox, and sky sports and whatnot. of course this is every man’s…or should i say boy?.. dream isn’t it?

anyways in typical fashion simon didn’t have much to snack on after we had an unsuccessful korma for dinner, so we decided to make french fries.. don’t they look sooo yummy?

went around the city a bit more yesterday.

simon and i met up with my sister and we had a coffee with her at the top of kulturhuset in the sun! beautiful view.

then we wandered over to the city hall and had a look around. once again, beautiful!

we were meant to have lunch in the old city for from shellfish and whatnot, but of course they closed 20 minutes before we got there!!

so we opted for a not so great caesar salad, but we made up for it with some newly made ice cream cones and marvelous ice cream!

then we saw the royal palace, simon once again wasn’t happy with me being a tourist and making him take pictures.. ha!

we went to leif’s to watch the football, yay for USA and England!! and had some yummy rhubarb and raspberry pie

after we took a walk around the lakes here in råsunda, and enjoyed some more of the lovely weather!

so theres no visiting hours at the hospital which i like. im gunna pack some snacks get ready, probably bring a book, and then go see dad. i can imagine hes still pretty sleepy today so ill just be there to comfort him. i also made a little card for him yesterday, hope he likes it! ill give an update when i get home, lord knows when that will be

so me and dad walked by the canal and bought some groceries. i also got the newest edition of cosmopolitan magazine. loves it. on the way there and back we saw some ducklings, the cutest things ever. also swans, and we stopped to take a little ‘snack’. me and dad both bought a donut and a drink. i had an innocent smoothie of course hehe.

hard to explain cause we were speaking swedish of course, but dad told me to take it.. which in swedish is like touch it, and i looked at him like ‘you want me to touch the swan?! that thing will bite my head off’ and then he informed me that he meant for me to take a picture. ha.

yep. thats what my ‘walk’ turned into. me and dad went into the city centre for a ‘snack’ we passed a japanese restaurant and i havent eaten edamame in SEVEN months. so dad drank a beer, and we both got our own bowl of edamame. yummy in my tummy.

then we decided to go to the st. stevens green park. always walked by it but never in it so why not? turns out its actually very pretty. swans and many many flowers. its so weird that such a calm place exists in the middle of a bustling city!

now im sitting here listening to funhouse, getting ready for the pink concert this weekend while dad makes dinner. taco friday! loves it. miss you emmelie.
