went to the gym pretty late today, kind of a mistake considering after my run all the machines were being used. people standing around in groups like it’s a freaking social place. get off if you aren’t going to do any work!

i ran for an hour and a half! proud! i’m already sore and hurting. need new shoes. i did have to slow down for a minute or two though cause i got an insane cramp. but i kept going! and i did it i’d say i ran around 8-9 k so i should be good for a 10k run in September if i keep this up. although i have to say, i’ve never been so sweaty in my life! ridiculous.

my god i am in pain. my stomach hurts all over. from doing sit ups and whatnot on tuesday! its almost friday.. and i tried to do some more at the gym today and oh my dear lord. i could not get up. i cant lean back. i can barely get out of bed. it hurts. but sooooo worth it! been running a lot as well. 30 minutes at first and now 40. it’s just so boring! i think im going on the cross trainer on saturday instead, get some variety! either way i see no results.. yet

no i didnt go on a date. unfortunately. me and dad ate dinner which was chips, fresh veggies, and dip! mums! the best thing for a movie night. then we watched a movie called no vacancies.. eh weird! whats up with jonas downloading all these bad movies for us? not good! anyways after that i decided to call emmelie and chat, she is after all coming here in a week! YAY! loves it. had some good news to share i guess. i was just to excited, i think i might have peed a bit in my pants. JK. anyways bed time for me after a hard work out this afternoon! lets see how much it hurts to get out of bed tomorrow. hehe. peace.
