Went to a hockey game last night, Dallas stars vs Detroit red wings. I thought it was a pretty good game, even though the stars were down one goal pretty much no matter how hard they tried. They lost 4-5 to the red wings, but I wasn’t too bothered seeing as there are so many swedes in their team.

i don’t know why i agree to these things. i’m meant to be going to southgate hockey club today to watch the women play (snooze) and it’s freezing outside. any ideas on how to get out of this?

was luckily a really nice day on saturday. got the day off of work and then went to the rugby 7′s in twickenham with a load of people. it was hobbsy’s birthday, so some of the boys and girls from THD hockey club were there as well.

the birthday boy decided to be different from out boyscout/girlscout outfits and be an… indian? either way the british love their fancy dress!

i was sat chatting to alaana for most of the games. was good fun watching england beat usa. really had a lovely day out. simon and i were quite smart and brought our own packed lunch so i didn’t spend too much money either!

it’s been really nice out today, laid in the sun for a bit but simon’s got ants in his pants. ended up playing tennis in the driveway. he’s not a good teacher, and i’m not a good player.

went to watch simon play hockey yesterday, as usual on the weekends. however i was asked to take pictures of the game this time.. boy let me tell you it was not a small camera.

watching a bit of the superbowl cause i can’t sleep.so tired but my throat hurts too much and i can barely breathe

by the way Christina Aguilera sang the national anthem.. but she messed up some of the words! fail fail fail.

going to try to sleep again, doubtful it’s going to happen. calling the doctors office for an appointment first thing in the morning!

just got in from watching simon play a hockey game today. they lost, but they still played well!

plus i got to see tom’s puppy… soooo cute!

i’ve been doing some internet research, and honestly what’s a 6 year difference mean anyways? i’m okay with it as long as he is.

went to an ice hockey game last night with my father and brother. haven’t seen the dallas stars play since i was here last, i was extremely happy.

the fact that we had seats on the 7th row in a stadium that fits over 18,000 people is pretty okay as well

i love hockey and there’s no other sport like it, and there’s not other player like loui eriksson. not very often that hockey players are good looking, and daaaaamn he is fiiiiine. oh did i mention hes a good player as well? haha.

i thought it was an exciting game, we won 3-2 but there were some scares and disallowed goals in there.

shame there’s no hockey like this in england, love going to the games!
