at simon’s, and for some reason it feels like i’ve only been in sweden a day or two and not a full month. miss it already!

anyhow we went for an half an hour run in the park, sprinted home and it killed me. then after a refreshing shower we’re now ordering a curry!

got a chick pea one, so shouldn’t be too unhealthy i hope.

Made one last stop before heading out to the airport… System bolaget!

Now that I’m 20 I can legally buy alcohol in Sweden, so I decided to buy a limited edition of Absolut vodka called Svea. Can only buy it in sweden and now it’s all mine!

Went into town yesterday to do some last minute shopping.

Got some nice bits from Monki, and then wandered around the city.

Then finished off with a dinner at Sturehof! Beautiful and tasty..

well.. im blonde. there’s no doubt about that.

left my grandmothers in ‘plenty of time’ or so i thought.. arrived well late at the station and had to run to the boat.. which was MILES away. ended up bribing a cab driver to take us there.. yet still were too late to get on the boat.

i had booked tickets and a room to sleep in.. yet once we got there all the rooms were taken?! so they said we could get on and go to finland.. one way.. without a room. BUT WHY?! who would do that? so stupid.

so then after me almost breaking down in tears and simon sweaty and pissed off at me.. i somehow managed to get ALL my money back, and sort out a cruise to Åbo, Finland tomorrow.. for FREE!

when Simon came on Friday evening, we first went RAW for some sushi, which was amazing. then we stopped by bagpipers inn for a drink. when we came back home emmelie and robert decided to open a massive bottle of wine as well.. can easily say none of us felt ‘amazing’ in the morning…

about to head out to the old part of town here to meet an old friend for lunch! should be nice as the suns shining again today

on Friday, Emmelie and I went out for dinner and some drinks. Started at a place called Arizona, had some quesadillas. edible but not the best food i’ve ever paid for. got a jug of sangria as well but it wasn’t great either. waaaay too sweet and.. not very authentic.

so without finishing me and Emmelie moved on to yet another place. a restaurant called Peppar. the bartenders worked there for 26 years.. can tell you he was good at making drinks! had one margarita and then moved onto white wine. after a few we moved on yet again to another pub.

sunday was our ‘hungover’ day. didn’t do much and ate all the junk in the world. went to Birkastan’s Pizzeria, it was so busy and after looking online i know why. it’s meant to be one of the best places in Stockholm.

the pizzas were SOOO BIG! and afterwards we went home for a movie night with coke, and peanut butter rings. nom nom nom. nice and healthy

yesterday i met up with Pia and Claes at Sturehof in Stureplan for lunch. finally got to eat my beloved toast skagen again! not to mention the bottle of Pol Roger champagne which made it all so much better.

sat in the shade, but was still boiling! so warm. the waiters didn’t have a clue what was going on though, tried a bit too hard for customer service but just failed.

after Pia and i looked in a few shops, and then i had to leave around 3 for my haircut!

so all in all… lunch, champagne, shopping, and a blow dry. i could live like this every day.

went down to the water yet again, laid in the sun for about two hours. then once i felt fully crispy made my way back up to the flat to have lunch. i ended up on the couch sleeping instead of watching how i met your mother. oops.
