Yesterday was the fourth advent as we call it in Sweden. although we didn’t drink any glögg, we managed to bake swedish lussekatter! they’re pretty much like saffron buns. traditional christmas goodies!  my dad made the dough, and then mom and i finished them off buy making them into S-shapes and putting raisins on. Also made cinnamon rolls for the first time yesterday! had a full day of baking ;)

Hanna had two tickets to the Swedish Christmas tradition of St. Lucia in St. Paul’s church tonight, and since she wasn’t able to go she gave them to me! theres two tickets but only one of me, and since it was such short notice i don’t know if anyone will be able to come with me, i’m waiting to here back and if not i might just have to give it a miss :( but i really would like to see it! would be nice..

After a load of sunshine we decided to go out for drinks.. Simon’s was called ‘Blue Angel’ and tasted like nothing, and mine was an ‘Alcapulco’ and was super strong.

Everyone including Michael and Michelle got Swedish flags on their drinks (why i do not know) however i didn’t.. ironic?

Now that I’m 20 I can legally buy alcohol in Sweden, so I decided to buy a limited edition of Absolut vodka called Svea. Can only buy it in sweden and now it’s all mine!

Went into town yesterday to do some last minute shopping.

Got some nice bits from Monki, and then wandered around the city.

Then finished off with a dinner at Sturehof! Beautiful and tasty..
