when i was younger i used to love the narrative assignments we got in english class. i don’t like having people tell me what to write about, i do however enjoy writing, hence the blog!
we’ve been learning about feature writing and narrative journalism in reporting and had an assignment to write for next class.
even though it was only meant to be 600 words i managed to drag it out to 1100. i guess it’s easy for me to get carried away with all the emotions.
i chose to write about thanksgiving and how it somewhat ties into my bulimia as its around the time when i was admitted to childrens.
i now feel exhausted and a bit relieved. it helps to talk/write about things even if i’m not currently undergoing those struggles.
i always need to vent in order to have a clear mind.
for those of you who don’t know, the day after Thanksgiving, Black Friday almost everything in the U.S. goes on sale. The one day of the year that i’d die to be in Dallas, mmm.. so instead i’m tempting myself online!

i’ve previously looked at this Juicy Couture bag in Selfridges here in London but let me tell you it’s about 200 dollars cheaper now and i’m dying. do i go for it, or not? i want i want i want. maybe i should just wait for Christmas.
aaaaah if i were a rich girl..
