had such a busy weekend with my father here and i loved every minute of it! on friday evening we went and saw Jersey boys a west end musical.

it wasn’t bad but the music isn’t really my generation, or my fathers for that matter. so towards the end everything just shouldn’t the same to me. but worth seeing if you’re into that kind of music!

Saturday during the day we just walked around london to see various things. walked all the way from marylebone, down to marble arch. through green park, past buckingham palace, down to pimlico and saw the london eye and westminster abbey.

then walked back from trafalgar square to my flat! even saw winston churchill perving on my father by bond street…

talk about being tired before going out to dinner and the pub..

tried to get a cool picture of me throwing the leaves in the air whilst walking in the park. no luck. WAY to windy.

oh well.. made for some good laughs at least.

woke up today with a lovely hangover. went out last night with my father, simon, and jules. good night.

thought the water and the walk home would help me out, but nope, still hungover today.

either way we decided to go to the park and walk around, get some fresh air! i brought bread so i fed the birds, swans, squirrels, and everything in between. got some ice cream and walked around regent’s. saw more of my new uni, the gardens, and some cricket!

i love regent’s park, think it’s such a nice park.

yet again, we’ve seen a lot today. we’ve also walked a lot today.

started in notting hill. walked to high street kensington, then to the royal albert hall, hyde park, south kensington, knightsbridge, harrods, sloane square, kings road, chelsea, fulham.

i feel like i’ve seen it all!

but nope, not done yet. now for some wine and dine time i swear i’m not always this cheesy..

after dad arrived. went home to let him drop off his suitcase and whatnot. i got loooots and lots of candy, plus some nice photo frames with pictures of my mom, sister, and me

then we went for a walk. walked from mine to marylebone high street, then to oxford street, then to new bond street, to carnaby steet, then regent’s street, then piccadilly circus, then trafalgar square, then the duke of york statue, then buckingham palace, st james park, green park, mayfair, oxford street, selfridges, then back to mine!!

yeah my feet hurt.

got back, chilled. then simon came around and we went to dinner!

when simon and i walked through regent’s park yesterday we decided to stop and through through the gardens and whatnot.

i have NEVER in my life seen such massive sunflowers. funny thing is they’re my sister’s favorite flowers and it was her birthday yesterday. i’ll have to show her when she finally comes to london.. simon could barely fit his hand around the stalks of some of them! they were like two meters tall as well, crazy stuff.

then all the beautiful kinds of roses, the smell, the green grass. ah it was just so beautiful, and to think i live like a 7 minute walk away.. heaven on earth.

is now my home. and i freaking love it. went for a walk down to oxford street today with simon and took a longer way. walked down marylebone high road and my god, its so amazing. just cute little shops. restaurants. everything i could ask for to be close by as well. i love it. i don’t know how they’re ever going to get me to leave!

went for a walk around the lakes here with leif. was really nice and sunny, and hot and sticky as well. but i’m not complaining. it was good to get out for a bit. get some fresh air. stop thinking.

for a swedish summer this weather is normally out of the question. not anymore! today has been yet another beautiful day. sisters been working from home as well so we went for a walk around the lakes here at lunchtime!

now im off to enjoy it even more with my girls, hehe

went out earlier for a brief walk. bought a popsicle and enjoyed the nice weather!

now i’m off to leif’s for dinner. pancakes as usual, gotta keep up the traditions! meeting my sister there as well.

can’t wait to eat leif always makes the best pancakes, big, thin, and delicious. mouth is already watering!
